Mocha Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp expresso powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Sift sugar, expresso powder and cocoa into a bowl
- Slowly whisk in milk till the sugar is dissolved
- place bowl in freezer till liquid is under 36 degrees Fahrenheit (measure temperature at least every 10 minutes)
- remove from freezer, whisk heavy cream and vanilla to the mix
- Use mix with your ice cream maker following vendor instructions
